FAQ
1. How much should I use?
For both serum and cream, we recommend using an amount the size of two pearls. If you have dry skin, you can apply more to particularly dry areas.
2. How should I store it?
Both serum and cream can be stored at room temperature. Since AmazoninDrops products are oil-based, the cream may become liquid in high temperatures. In low temperatures, the cream and oils may become thick and separate. Just warm it to body temperature and use it normally. This does not affect the product's quality and can be used safely.
3. How is AMAZONinDROPS different from other organic skincare products?
AmazoninDrops is made from oils extracted from plants and seeds found in the Amazon rainforest. These plants are packed with nutrients and have the strength to survive the tropical climate and heavy rains. The plants are used by animals and indigenous people in the Amazon for skin diseases, medicine, and food, essential for their survival.
Our products contain 100% active ingredients, unlike most brands that use high percentages of fillers with no benefits.
4. Why is the serum separated into two layers?
AmazoninDrops is made with minimal additives. Therefore, the oil and the water-based aloe vera may separate over time. However, shaking well before use will mix the layers again, allowing you to experience the full benefits of the product.
5. Caution regarding allergic reactions
Many of the ingredients are made from nuts or fruit seeds.
If you have nut allergy, avoid using it.
Before using the serum or cream, perform a patch test on a small area of the face.
We have received reports that some people with sensitive skin may experience redness in the applied areas. This usually disappears within a few minutes. If the symptom persists, wash with water, and if necessary, consult a doctor.
For sensitive skin, use our Sensitive Skin Cream and Serum
