Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the general terms and conditions of sale established between AmazoninDrops and the Customer, from the moment the order is placed to the delivery of the goods.
These terms and conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the continuation of this transaction between the contracting parties.
By placing an order, the Customer expresses his/her complete acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale, the prices and the products described in the respective transaction.
The customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions described below without the need for subsequent consent.
Sales price
The prices indicated on the website are in Euros and include VAT.
Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added at the end of the order.
The amounts are indicated when completing the purchase order and payment.
Import duties, import taxes or customs-clearance charges, if applicable, are paid by the customer.
Changes
AmazoninDrops reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, make changes to the content available on the website www.amazonindrops.com, in particular concerning products, prices, specifications, general conditions, commercial conditions and others, and these changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the website.
The prices at the time the order is placed by the customer will be maintained. In the event of an error, the sale will be cancelled, and we will contact you by email to confirm the new order or cancellation.
Payment
Choose your products and add them to the cart. After completing this selection, click on “View Cart” or on the corresponding symbol in the upper right corner of the online store to complete the purchase order and payment for confirmation. Fill in all the necessary information, paying special attention to the delivery address.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit cards and PayPal.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction charges.
Shipping
All products are shipped from our Distribution Center by international mail or courier determined by the customer and delivered to the address specified in the order.
AmazoninDrops is not responsible for any problems arising from transportation.
At the time of delivery, check whether the packaging is in perfect condition and whether the product is as ordered.
Any anomaly with the order must be communicated by email within 24 hours of receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours. Photographs and packaging may help us investigate the cause.
Availability
The availability of items is valid within the limit of available stock.
If one of the products ordered is not available at the time of the order, AmazoninDrops will contact the customer by email to inform the new delivery date of the product.
The customer may choose to receive the products when they are available or cancel the order.
In case of refusal by the customer, AmazoninDrops will proceed to refund the value of the product.
Return and warranty
The items sold are described and presented with the maximum possible accuracy and information available.
Returns can only be accepted for products in their original condition, complete in the original packaging, and without being opened.
AmazoninDrops is not responsible for the quality of opened products.
Opened, damaged, and used products cannot be accepted.
If any of them are not in perfect condition, there will be no refund of the price, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
The legal guarantee is distinct from a product’s shelf life or period-after-opening instructions. It does not mean that an opened cosmetic without being periodically used will remain usable for one or two years. Our products do not use preservatives.
In the event of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
AmazoninDrops will not in any way be held responsible for any damage, loss of profits, data, content, or any other losses.
Refund: The refund period is usually 10 days or as determined by the Credit Card company or PayPal and is credited to the respective accounts.
